What games should I get that's is good?

Okay so, I'm pretty sure I'm gonna get a game this week or next week. And yes, I'm a gamer who wants to get the most out of his money. So I was thinking of a game like Modern Warfare 2 and Battlefield Bad Company 2. I had both map packs so its worth getting. Other thing is, I was thinking about Mortal Kombat and Split/Second. Though, I was thinking Mortal Kombat will get boring within a week cause its basically just fighting. Finishing and fighting all the characters will make it boring. I could get a game at the limit of $60.00. Maybe $70.00. I could get like 2 or 3 pre-owned games. or I could get a new game. I also like games like Red Dead Redemption. But I also have my doubts about L.A. Noire. So what games do you suggest that I get?
