Classy, sophisticated but not too fancy.?

I was wondering if anyone knows any stores that sells classy and sophisticated clothing. Now I'm a high school student and I don't want to walk into school looking like I'm about to hit the red carpet. But can someone tell me where I can get everyday, classy clothing?
